Art - Watercolours

We have been learning about Impressionism.  We looked at artwork by Monet and the way it was different from traditional artwork of the same period.

Impressionism was about painting outdoors, what you could see and at that time.  The new invention of paints in a tube allowed this new style of painting outdoors.  However, traditionalists were not keen!

We recreated our own watercolour landscape scene using a picture we too at Lledr Hall.
